Automatically processing data coming from biology test plates (with 96 wells for now).

How to use

  1. Copy your data into the "Data" sheet
  2. Configure your experiment in the "Config" sheet
  3. You may click on "Compute one !" to quickly test everything is OK
  4. Click "Compute all !" to treat all your conditions and get a full results sheet

Troubleshooting

  • If the computation of the average, max, min, or standard dev of the white fails:
    • click the "calc." button
    • or, try entering the cell, and push ENTER again to refresh the formula

Licence

This software bit is meant to be used FOR FREE by researchers, and CAN NOT BE SOLD directly or as part of other deliverables by anyone.

The results produced with this tool belong to its users, i.e. the people entering the data, configuring the experiment, and performing the computations.
