Winnie is a home robot project developed by me in my spare time. She is composed by 3 wheels, 2 robot arms and a neck to move 2 cameras with the head freely. It is also equipped with an LED light on the head and a speaker in the body to speak or play music as needed.
Its HW includes:
- A Raspberry Pi 3 chipset
- A motor driver cheipset
- 2 motors to drive the wheels
- 3 wheels (2 to be controlled by the motors and 1 omni-directional wheel)
- 10 servo motors on arms and necks
- 2 batteries
- An LED light
- An speaker
- An micorphone

Connect robot chipset with internet cable, login to the system, and modify below file '/etc/network/interfaces' as below:

- Reboot the robot, wait until it connect to WiFi
- Connect to the robot using Putty with the right IP address
- Login to the robot's system using putty and wifi connection
- Write or execute python code
