[Fix] Update credo and add note on Elixir versions compatibility (#93)

* update credo and truncate supported elixir versions

* upgrade ex_doc

* read matrix tests for old elixir versions

* upgrade credo config

* remove unsuported elixir version 1.9

* ci: run e2e on latest

* update elixir version in mix.exs
