From now on, windows binaries are signed.

First windows binary after the recent merge.

Many updates and bug fixes + complete documentation.

In this release many bug fixes are applied. Also the documentation is created and updated. Setuptool files are also updated.

Working release with binary

Working release with binary version for convenience for Win and OSX.

Not tested release for references.

number formatter, removed sort

Multitaper, FFT and Welch work well.

The code is pretty usable right now.

So far so good. TIQ and IQT file formats are working. Compiles as well as stand alone.
