[Widevine][MacOs] Removed deprecated functions

Description

CFBundleOpenBundleResourceMap and CFBundleCloseBundleResourceMap are deprecated from macOs 10.15
by a search seem that its not more needed call these functions since resources should be managed internally

Motivation and context

fix #1590

How has this been tested?

NOT TESTED!
i dont know apple enviroment and i dont have way to test

things to check:

1. check if MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MIN_REQUIRED condition works
2. test if on osx USE_BUNDLE_RES_MAP define will be set to enable it
3. test tvos build
