This is an external, portable R project for submission with the Interception Model paper.

Script to regenerate all figures and tables can be run as: Rscript scripts/00_coordination_script.R from the top level directory with this file.

Multiple packages from CRAN are required: tidyverse (generally used throughout), Iso and readxl (needed for processing raw data), diagram, ggalluvial and patchwork (needed for plotting), pwr (needed for supplemental)

Data dictionaries contain explanations for entries in input and output files.
