Library version bumped to 0.23 - some breaking changes.
Engine version replaced with Engine schema - feels appropriate that a library dealing with Engine databases is more primarily concerned with the schema of the databases, rather than the versions of 1st-party applications that use those databases.
Scripts added from Engine Desktop 4.1.0, containing schema 3.0.0. No full support yet though.

Part of the solution for #129.
