Previously, 100% of a view had to be on-screen to be considered visible with this plug-in. This was causing trouble for us as (1) sometimes we wanted to use this on long-form content that was taller than the physical screen, and it would never be considered visible, and (2) we wanted to start fading in content just as it entered the device's view.
