feat: consolidate columns in comparison and fix

Description

Makes the feature columns in the same column as instances.

Also fixes ZEN-184

ZEN-184 The "difference" column in comparison view gets out of sync

Occasionally the "difference" column in comparison view gets out of sync, and the numbers don't reflect the actual difference between two systems. I'm not 100% sure if this is because the original columns are wrong, the difference is wrong, or both. Here is an example (the expected difference is 13.83):

Here is what I did to cause the problem:

• Click https://hub.zenoml.com/project/xkoh/HADR_Tweets_TL/compare
• Click chrF as the comparison metric
• Click the "difference chrF" column header twice to sort
• Select NLLB as model A, Google Translate as model B
• Click on the "difference chrF" column header twice to sort again
