Policastro et al., 2021 (revision)

This release fixes a few minor bugs and adds a few features to address reviewer comments.

New Features:

• Created a pkgdown site: zentnerlab.github.io/TSRexploreR.
• TSS shifting analysis now also reports positive score, negative score, and EMD (along with p-values and FDR).
• Differential heatmaps can now be generated.
