Ice Builder for Xcode 3.1.0
- Ice Builder can now use any Ice installation, including an installation in /usr/lib. Previously, Ice Builder could only use Ice or Ice Touch SDKs for Xcode.

to specify the Ice home directory. Ice home can designate a source directory or an Ice installation.
