Implements Saswell TRV quirk and tests (Tuya device)

Additional information

This is an implementation of the quirk that I believe many use, but it has not been made a PR for this yet.
The device variants are Saswell_TZE200 and Saswell_TYST11. Tests are written and I use it since months in my setup with Home Assistant.

• anti freeze (hidden; on)
• away mode (hidden: off)
• thermostat
• limescale protection (hidden; on)
• child lock (hidden; on)
• temperature calibration
• window open detection (deactivated)
• schedule mode (deactivated)

Checklist

• The changes are tested and work correctly
• pre-commit checks pass / the code has been formatted using Black
• Tests have been added to verify that the new code works
