Users
A user account is requird to be able to compose a personal calendar. Anonymous users can browse the published timetables but won't be able to create or export a calendar. User accounts are created either by tenant or global administrators or by a user logging in through Shibboleth.
A regular user account is the most basic account in Timetable. A user has access to Timetable, can create a personal calendar and export that calendar.
A regular user account with permissions to edit is the same as a regular account, but the user is allowed to edit the parts that they received permissions for.
An application administrator can edit all parts in the tripos and manage the application configuration and users within the application. A regular user can be promoted to application administrator.
A global administrator has permissions to edit all tenants and their applications, configuration and users. These user accounts are separate, local authentication accounts.
