Updates to use ClimaComms v0.6, and ClimaAtmos 0.26.0
Current known issues /updates (in ClimaAtmos)
(1) SSPKnoth does not work with
DiagnosticEDMFX(2)
CAM_SEis now the default hyperdiffusion in ClimaAtmos.Supersedes #854
