Various versions and contributions to flowcharts are stored in GDrive folder Flowcharts
Master flow chart (or most comprehensive, most detailed version) is drafted in yEd Software, which is free and fairly userfriendly. Latest version of the flowchart will be available as pdf in the same folder.
The goals of having such a flow chart are:
- to outline modules of tool, and workflow
- to conceptualize dependencies of input data and output files
- to have a reference/go to place for terminology
- to identify potential overlap, disentangle redundancies (in code)
- to align concept/method with R-code structure and user interface etc.
The flowchart is maintained by Thomas Götschi, but all collaborators are invited to contribute through feedback in all formats, or edited versions of the yed chart.
