- Adds instructions markdown file
- Updates the Home page to read and render the instructions markdown file for a quick way to include some instructions
- Modifies the upload recording to force it to create the spectrogram. This results in a bit longer time in uploading, but I would rather have the user waiting for the upload than not getting a spectrogram the first time they go to the annotation view.
