Meeting - 16/10/19

Goal of meeting:

Discuss what we learned about Sprint 1 and start brainstorming Sprint 2

Minutes:

• Imane and Adam will be the assigned Software Leads and the rest of us will be Software Engineers (for now)
• Travis CI is now building
• Role separation:
  • 1 Backend Implementation and Evolution of Persistence Layer - @gmourant
  • 2 Software Quality Assurance Plan and Report - @sofiiad @mahroo
  • 3 Unit Testing of Backend - @ImaneChafi @ababs
  • 4 Integration Testing of Backend Services @ImaneChafi @ababs (with help from the Software Engineers)
  • 5 Build System, Continuous Integration and Delivery @ImaneChafi @ababs (with help from the Software Engineers)

Action Items:

• Meet up this Saturday to really start on Sprint 2
• @gmourant please add new milestones et al.
  • 4 deliverables to add as milestones:
    1. Implement RESTful service
    2. Provide a mock of services to be developed by other teams
    3. Provide a suite of unit tests for the backend using JUnit
    4. Deploy the project as a Heroku application in addition to the constraints above.
