This respiratory contains all Matlab scripts used for analyze and present the data of the paper "Neural correlates of learning pure tones versus natural sounds in the auditory cortex".
The script ‘AnalyzeEducageTable’ used to analyze the behavioral data of mice trained on pure tons discrimination. The script ‘AnalyzeEducageTableVocalizations’ used to analyze the behavioral data of mice trained on vocalizations discrimination. The script ‘EphysPT’ used to analyze the physiological data of mice trained on pure tons discrimination. The script ‘ePhysVocalization ‘used to analyze the behavioral data of mice trained on vocalizations discrimination.

Make sure these scripts are runnning from a folder containes all dependencies.
