When the path contains URL-significant chars (e.g.
%,?,#), it breaks the reporter. Also, usingrequire.resolveto resolve relative paths will be problematic as it would resolve it relatively from the current reporter module instead of the CWD. Usingpath.resolveshould be a better fit.
