Bugfixes

• [#407] New languages are now activated and available in game
• [#411] Duration value not showing up on Potion, Scroll and Wand item sheet
• [#413] Effects durations are now updated when changing the duration values on the sheet, and temporary conditions are removed on expiry
• [#417] Now catches effects providing light source using either name or if any change is manipulating the light template field
