This pull request fixes some tests for the new version of Julia. Continuous transition rules were using ill-defined covariance matrices, perhaps inverse didn't work well on those and my guess is that it worked before by chance. I made them more stable by adding a diagonal term. The output of
outrules for CVI projection changed slightly, but its a stochastic method, so for now I simply adjusted parameters of one of the tests. At last, we used internal functionality fromDocswhich has changed, I replaced it with public API to retrieve docs.
