⚙️ Adds a /is reload command for people to configure the plugin easily.
- Saves data files first
- Loads config, messages, and quests.
- Recalculates Ore Generator Algorithm.
🐛 Fixed PlaceholderAPI island member amount being null on load.
💅 Made small changes to config to make it prettier.
Full admin command suite is coming soon.
