Bump tough-cookie, realm and jest

Removes [tough-cookie](https://github.com/salesforce/tough-cookie). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tough-cookie](https://github.com/salesforce/tough-cookie), [realm](https://github.com/realm/realm-js/tree/HEAD/packages/realm) and [jest](https://github.com/jestjs/jest/tree/HEAD/packages/jest). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `realm` from 10.6.1 to 12.5.1
