This add support for the Kprime (ETHZ) qtype
The Kprime questions are displayed on two rows, first one being true and second being false
Since this qtype takes two rows and can be anywhere on the page, I had to do some modification and workaround in the pdf generation and the scan logic. Unfortunately these modifications will break previously generated quizzes
We already used this edit for several exam with success
