- Pins alpine base image to 3.19. We cannot bump to alpine 3.20 as there are incompatibilities with the aws-cli package. The aws-cli package maintainers recommend pinning to alpine 3.19 V2 support for Python 3.12 aws/aws-cli#8342
- Bumps the naxsi packages manually in order to pick up the latest updates
This will also trigger a rebuild of the alpine base image and pick up updates for openssl, libxml2 etc
