  1. PP-12694: Bump to latest nginx-mod packages 

    This will also trigger a rebuild of the alpine base image and pick up updates for openssl, libxml2 etc

  2. PP-12694: Pin alpine base image to 3.19 

    We cannot bump to alpine 3.20 as there are incompatibilities with the aws-cli package.

The aws-cli package maintainers recommend pinning to alpine 3.19 aws/aws-cli#8342
