Candidates for governors seat votes update

Description

These two lists are going to be populated based on activity in the Channel (our official communication platform), and for valuable efforts in our community channels (Discord, Reddit, and Twitter).

Right now our focus is on transforming our Discord into a place for casual gatherings and profiling the Channel as a place for every formal communication. No strict criteria are defined for getting a seat or an update but expect to find yourself on one of these lists if:

• your comments in the Channel discussions are thoughtful and add value
• your comments in the voting dApp discussion(s) are thoughtful and add value
• you provide feature requests and bug reports to our issue tracker that are going to be resolved
• you provide feature requests and bug reports (that are going to be resolved) in our community channels
• you create issues in our issue tracker (that are going to be resolved) from the other people's feature requests and bug reports posted in our community channels or elsewhere
• you have an idea for a game or channel in our Discord and it turns out to become a popular one
• you have an idea for a game or topic in our subreddit and it turns out to become a popular one
• you moderate and administrate community channels in a way that adds value
