SAT IP channel scan
There are many ways to tune in. Some are already obsolete. For example.
w_scan_cpp is a tool for searching channels. It currently has good maintenance. More info in: https://www.gen2vdr.de/wirbel/w_scan_cpp/index2.html
Tested in Raspbian with Raspberry 3

Search channels and generate a VLC list with channels (country Spain)
./w_scan_cpp --country ES --output-VLC-satip > channels.xspf
Search channels in minisatip (country Germany)
./w_scan_cpp -fc -cDE --satip
Run minisatip. Add a DVR in Plex and follow the steps.
Note: minisatip don't export EPG Guide in xmltv format.
Obsolete forms or forms that take a long time to update.
