1. Previous calculation (2013-06-26) has progressed until ADM_Falkland Islands_r16p.tif
2. ADM_Ethiopia_r16p.tif looks fine, however ADM_Falkland Islands_r16p.tif does not: the layer is empty.
3. Create folder DONE in ROOT/FINALS, move all the raster until ADM_Falkland Islands_r16p.tif, and rerun the scaling tool ( FIXME: which mask folder to use (issue8)?)
