Idea: CZTop Upgrade

CZTop Upgrade

Last year during GSoC we modified celluloid-zmq to use CZTop under the covers. Since then CZTop has continued to change and mature but the celluloid-zmq gem hasn't received much specific attention. Review the specs and make sure all specs pass. If there are upstream changes from CZTop then make sure to integrate them into this gem so we can take advantage of new features, bug fixes, etc.
