Idea: Polish ECell

Polish the extraction of the much anticipated ECell system.

The DCell distributed actor-system is a very simple approach to actor communication, between processes and even across machine boundaries. ECell takes a strategic approach, with many types of actors who work together in distinct ways, as clusters.

A great deal of code has been contributed by a company who uses Celluloid who would like to gift the ECell prototype to the Open Source community, once it is extracted from their test-environment.

This project involves polishing and refining the ECell prototype that is publicly available, and performing a living demonstration!
