Attendees:

  • 100 regular tickets
  • 2 CoCoon member tickets
  • 12 speakers
  • 4 helpers (Steve, Eddie, Matthew, Vaughn)
  • 10 more on the waiting list
  • Total: 118 + 10 more optional

Set up:

  • registration table near the door
  • 100 regular seats in the speaker area
  • 20-ish overflow seats
  • extra space in the kitchen

T-Shirts:

  • 55 tshirts of varying sizes
  • delivered on Wednesday 3rd

Refreshments:

  • 300 soft drink cans (delivered during the week)
  • 100 beer can (delivered during the week)
  • loads of ice (bought on the day)

Lunch:

  • 100-ish Subway sandwiches (2/3 of a 12inch per attendee)
  • delivered at 12pm on the day

After-Party:

  • open air party by Discovery Bay pier
  • 7pm onwards

Timetable:

Friday - setup

  • 6pm - arrive - move seats and registration table
  • 7pm - leave for speakers' dinner

  • 09:30am - arrive - start registration
  • 10:00am - introduction
  • 10:30am - speaker 1
  • 11:00am - speaker 2
  • 11:30am - speaker 3
  • 12:00pm - speaker 4
  • 12:30pm - lunch break
  • 02:00pm - speaker 5
  • 02:30pm - speaker 6

  • 04:00pm - afternoon break
