feat(recipe-generator): dts boolean 처리 및 리팩토링

• variants안에 true, false의 값을 가지고 있으면 dts를 생성할 때 boolean 으로 생성해요.
• true 혹은 false 하나만 recipe에 정의되어 있으면 boolean으로 인식해요.
• dts 제네레이트 함수를 리팩토링해요.
