Pre-release for R codes and curated dataset for “EnoLEX: A Diachronic Lexical Database for the Enggano Language”

This is the third pre-release version of EnoLEX, capturing the later state when it is working on the R Shiny app and after the AsiaLex 2024 presentation. There are fixes on citation typos and additional links in the Links navigation bar.

Re-do pre-release before merging.
