Pre-release for R codes and curated dataset for “EnoLEX: A Diachronic Lexical Database for the Enggano Language”

This is the second pre-release version of EnoLEX, capturing the later state when it is working on the R Shiny app and after the AsiaLex 2024 presentation.

My personal note: the data used in this second pre-release version is the one with "...20240903.tsv"
