Create iOS Shortcut "Take notes"

Notes: Prefer to use Mac version (easier to type and setup)

Open Shortcut app and create a new shortcut with 3 steps:

• First step: "Ask for Input": For get user voice input
• Second step: "Send to OpenAI Whisper": Get high-quality Speech-to-Text results back
• Third step: "Send Contents to" Notion API URL: save the STT result to notion Journal database
