v1.3.0 Minor Release: Adds Support for bootloader and upgrader versions, Zip Archive Flashing, Flash Protection, Cosmetic Updates

Adds new features, appearance, and fixes:

• The Control Center now accepts compressed .zip archives provided from Vertiq
• Zip archive flashing:
  - Prevents users from flashing firmware for another motor type
  - Allows flashing bootloader, upgrader, and application flash sections
  - Prevents flashing incorrect firmware to the wrong portion of memory
• Recovery mode for motors stuck in the STM32 bootloader
• View motor's bootloader and upgrader version (if applicable)
• Updates interaction with "Advanced" tab
• Loading bar color to VertiBlue
• Updated "Firmware" tab instructions
• Changed all company references to Vertiq and updated company website link
• Typo fixes
