This large PR is collection of script mostly derived from the model_seg_sci repository. The model is nnUNet-based so most of the updates are on the metrics computation side as we switched to MetricsReloaded from ANIMA. Some scripts may also be updated to handle computations on individual chunks as contained in the
bavaria-quebec-spine-ms-unstitched
dataset.
