  1. kpt: recognize a directory in the path 

    If our package contains a versioned folder that matches the specified
version, copy from that directory.  This allows us to maintain a
simpler git repo structure, where the versions are stored as folders,
and we therefore only need a single branch (main).

  2. porch: support package version as last component of path 

    This is a simpler way of laying out a repo.
