ASP encodings with benchmarks attached

This release contains the different encodings (walk, full path, fast path) and variants. Also attached are the current benchmark instances. Note: all the benchmark instances have been pre-processed to add the shortest path information so that they can be run will all encoding variants that can take advantage of the shortest paths.
