This is some general information for players, rather than developers.

Difficulty

The degree of difficult in the playing depends on position. It will increase depending on the distance from the start in north/south direction. Going east/west does not change difficulty. Going up or down, however, changes difficulty twice as fast as going north/south. Monsters from level 4-5 (don''t remember exactly) are automatically aggressive, but lower levels will ignore you unless attacked.

Inventory

Killing monsters or triggering traps can create awards. These are automatically transferred to the inventory ('i' button). Items in the inventory can be used, either by dragging equipment to an equipment slot, or by double clicking on them. Some special items can be activated by function keys (F1 for health potion and F2 for mana potion). Equipment has both a level and a grade. Higher grader gives better support. Equipment will be most effective if the level of them is near the player level. Equipment of higher grade till work for a wider range of levels, than equipment for a lower grade.

Attacking

It is not possible to attack other players, only monsters. Melee is based on auto attack. Select a monster with TAB, and start the attack with '1'. There are two special spells that can be used: '2' for using mana to heal yourself, and '3' for using mana for an extra attack.

Experience points

When monsters are killed, you get experience points. When you have enough of experience, you will gain another level. This will make it easier to attack harder monsters. The number of player and monster levels are unlimited. If more than one player attacks the same monster, the last hit will currently give the awards. This is planned to be improved.

Quests

There are quests, but not in the traditional way of showing the list in a journal. A quest can be identified by an exclamation mark. This indicates that there is something to explore nearby. Rewards are indicated by a rotating coin. Simply step near the sign to get the reward. Rewards have a timeout, which means they can not immediately be activated again. The higher reward, the longer is the timeout.
