To help public health folks who are learning to use gen epi to complement contact tracing, I made a tutorial narrative. I made a toy dataset and wrote up 5 examples with in-depth walkthroughs of the data and interpretations.
I'd love eyes on this before I share it widely. I'd also love to merge this into the main
narratives
branch and link it from the ncov tutorial if you think it's appropriate.Because the narratives repo doesn't support the
