Microphone Monitor

After the possibility to toggle with the cough button, we can now free up one fader.
One missing feature is then a Microphone monitor. Because of this we have also made a AudioMonitor for TouchPortal.
It's inspired to the one found in Audacity, and the scale should be quite similar to the one found on the GoXLR.
Since this is heavily integrated in Windows, this is an external plugin.
