Microphone Monitor

After the posibility to toggle with the cough button, we can now free up one fader.
One missing feature is then a Microphone monitor. Because of this we have also made a AudioMonitor for Touchportal.
It's inspired to the one found in Audacity, and the scale should be quite similar to the one found on the GoXLR.
