Hello, I'm Rogelio! 👋

I'm a passionate software engineer with a degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston. My journey in technology has been driven by a love for creating impactful solutions and a relentless desire to learn and grow in this ever-evolving field.

What I Do

  • Full-Stack Web Development: I have hands-on experience in building full-stack web applications, utilizing both relational and non-relational databases to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Serverless Applications: Automating daily tasks through serverless applications has been a key part of my work, streamlining workflows and improving productivity for clients.
  • Project Leadership: Leading teams and managing projects through the software development life cycle (SDLC) has honed my skills in project management and system analysis.
  • Legacy Systems: I'm adept at updating and rebuilding legacy applications, ensuring they meet modern standards and performance expectations.
  • UI Library Development: Currently, I am building a UI library for the University of Houston, aiming to provide reusable and efficient components for web applications.

  • Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, Java and currently diving into C# with ASP.NET for backend development.
