Tags

• automatic completion when users are typing a tag.

• let users create new tags. tags with low frequencies over time would need to be removed (or substituted by existing tags).

• New tags can have a different color before it is approved (reach a significant number?)

• tags can have special categories (reserved tags), like the ones that belongs to a wiki entry ( e.g. ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq. ), a program (e.g. MACS, cufflinks, ); special categories can be colored.

• some reserved tags can have tree structure?
