This is the Stevens Advanced Robot Manipulators Lab's code for the 2021 Robothon Grand Challenge, a competition centered around the theme of automating electronic waste disposal. For this competition, teams were given one month to develop a single arm manipulator system to perform tasks on a randomly positioned and oriented task board. The tasks included pressing a button, inserting and turning a key, removing and reinserting an ethernet plug, and removing batteries from a case. Our robot was able to successfully complete the button, key, and ethernet plug tasks, while only earning partial points for being able to remove the battery cover.
