Added the possibility to publish a dual antenna diagnostic for dual antenna devices (tested on OEM7720).
If the config parameter is set to true, it provides a new diagnostic "Dual Antenna" with the values "Second Antenna Not Powered", "Second Antenna Open" and "Second Antenna Shorted".
