Running FALCON

We provide a driver/run-through script “DriverFalcon” which integrate all the functionalities of FALCON as listed above into a single pipeline. The script guides users into the choice of model, dataset, options and additional analyses to perform.
We also offer a graphical user interface version of the FALCON pipeline, which can be initiated by calling the function “FalconGUI” on the Matlab command window. The FalconGUI interface allows users to intuitively browse and choose the input files the type of result plotting and analyses on a simplified list of adjustable parameters. Subsequently, the users just have to click “Analyse” to start the analysis.
