Ticket policy

Tickets can not be refunded under any circumstances.

We can help promote the sale of the ticket by advertising it on Twitter or similar. We will gladly change details on transferred tickets if we are provided with evidence of a transfer.

You can update the details on the ticket right up until the conference. As soon as you have collected your badge, at the door, the ticket is personal for you and non-transferable.

According to Norwegian law it is illegal to resell ticket for personal profit. We will not support re-sale of or change name on ticket transfers where the re-sale are against Norwegian law.
